Transport Minister Mike Henry announced new taxi fares at a Press Conference at the Transport Ministry on Friday, May 2, 2008. A 25% fare increase has been granted on the base fare of $44 for route taxi operators islandwide. This becomes effect on May 1, 2008. This takes the base fare up to $55.00. A25% [more]
